BÜTEC builds permanently installed grandstands from the same platform elements as mobile ones. That is why they fit your floor plan, heights and interior exactly. With Servo Stage platforms, the flat hall floor becomes a grandstand with four levels whenever you need one.

The modular build from platform elements fits the grandstand exactly to the shape of the room, its columns and its heights.
Part of the architecture

With Servo Stage platforms, the hall stays flat as long as you need the floor – and becomes a stepped grandstand in a short time.
No storage, no transport
A stationary grandstand stays where it is needed. No platforms in the basement, no trips through the building.
How it works

Elements that are raised from above save the most space. Retracted, they lie flush with the surrounding floor. When a grandstand is needed, your staff raise the elements level by level.
Floor pit only 20 cm
Measured from the structural floor to the top of the surrounding finished floor. This can be planned in during a renovation, too.
Four levels, 20 cm each
The flat floor turns into four levels in 20 cm steps within a very short time.
Adjusted from above, no power
The Servo Stage is unlocked from above with a key and raised; gas springs take part of the weight.

Project
Verti Music Hall, Berlin Tiers extended, existing seats reused
In front of the fixed tiers of the concert hall, BÜTEC built a grandstand extension from platforms as a special build. Adapter plates in the support panels take the existing grandstand seats – they simply hook in. The railings were made to the client's design, with oak handrails.

When should we involve BÜTEC in the planning?
Ideally during the planning phase of a new building or renovation. Then floor pits for Servo or motor platforms, recesses and connections can be planned in from the start.
How deep must the floor pit be for the Servo Stage version?
20 cm, measured from the structural floor to the top of the surrounding finished floor. This gives you four levels in 20 cm steps.
Can we reuse our existing seats?
Often, yes. In the Verti Music Hall in Berlin, adapter plates take the existing grandstand seats; they simply hook in. We check this for your seating.
Stationary or mobile – which suits us?
If the grandstand is always needed in the same place, or should disappear into the floor: stationary. If it should move through the hall or clear the room completely: a mobile grandstand or the Push'n Pull.
