Custom stage technology For rooms where no catalogue part fits
A curved curtain track, a stage cabinet hung from ceiling beams, lighting on a truss ring, a test rig for 3D scans: when standard parts do not fit, BÜTEC designs the solution itself. This is possible because we have our own CAD design office and our own certified aluminium welding and special construction department.

Design
Our CAD department draws the solution and agrees it with you.
Production
Welded in our own certified aluminium welding department, machined on CNC equipment up to 6 m length.
Installation
Planning, production and installation from one source, by the same team.

What does BÜTEC need for a first proposal?
A floor plan or sketch, photos of the room, the ceiling height and a description of what the construction should do. We clarify the rest in conversation.
Can a custom solution be combined with standard products?
Yes. Usually the special construction adds to standard curtain tracks, trusses or the stage cabinet.
Who makes the parts?
BÜTEC itself, in Mettmann, Germany: design, welding, CNC machining and installation all come from one company.
