Stage platforms
Frame systems Spans up to 6 m – right over rows of seats
Frame platforms take over where a 2 × 1 m platform is too short: frames up to 6 m long bridge rows of seats and aisles, carry tall stages and build seating rows at theatre rake. You choose between two systems: Master with a 166 mm box profile, and the Giga system frame with a removable deck.
- Frames up to 6 × 1 m
- Master profile 166 mm = one step of theatre rake
- Giga: removable deck, storage beneath
- Accessories fixed with standard screws

How it works
Frames, not single platforms Larger fields, fewer legs in the room
A frame is a load-bearing rim that spans longer distances than a standard platform. So fewer legs stand under the stage, and the space beneath stays free for the audience, aisles or storage.
Master: the tall box profile
166 mm high, exactly 16⅔ cm – one step of classic theatre rake. Two grooves inside and two outside take accessories with M8/M10 slot nuts; the corners take legs up to 60 mm.
Giga: frame first, deck second
The frames are set up on their legs, then the carrier boards are placed on top and fixed with a quick lock. One cross member per metre of span supports long frames.
Storage space and easy transport
On Giga, the decks lift off. The space beneath becomes usable, and frames and decks are stored separately and flat.
Drilled to your grid
Giga frames come with holes in any grid you need. They are connected with standard screws, and filler pieces add stability where needed.

Comparison
Master or Giga? The two frame systems side by side
| System | Profile height | Sizes | Distributed load | Deck | Storage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Master | 166 mm | 50 × 50 to 600 × 100 cm | from 750 kg/m², higher loads per data sheet | 25 mm beech or 24 mm film-faced plywood, fixed in the frame | stacking height approx. 17 cm | tall stages, spans over seating, sports hall and theatre seating |
| Giga | 140 mm | 50 × 50 to 600 × 100 cm | 750 kg/m² | 21 mm multiplex, black glazed, removable with lock | frames approx. 14 cm, decks approx. 4 cm, stored separately | theatre construction, raised seating rows, stairs, storage space |
Values as stated in the data sheets. Point loads and installations higher than 150 cm are verified by structural calculations.

Uses
What frames are built for Where a standard platform is no longer enough
Building over the auditorium
A level surface over rows of seats and aisles, for example in a theatre or opera house.
Seating rows at theatre rake
Seating in a sports hall or auditorium, also in a U-shape, with the classic rise of 16⅔ cm per row.
Tall and large stages
Wide fields on few legs, with accessories and technical equipment fixed directly in the profile groove.
Stairs and device inserts
Stair constructions and platforms with built-in device inserts, and storage space under removable decks.

Questions
Frequently asked questions about frame systems
When do I need a frame instead of a plug-in leg platform?
When you want to span more than 2 m without intermediate legs, build over rows of seats, or lay out seating rows at theatre rake. For mobile standard stages, the plug-in leg platform is enough.
How much do Master and Giga carry?
Giga is designed for a static distributed load of 750 kg/m². Master is built for higher loads; the data sheet gives the value for your frame size. Point loads are calculated separately.
Do the accessories for plug-in leg platforms fit?
Yes, the range of legs, railings, stairs and claddings is the same. Parts are fixed in the grooves or the hole pattern with standard screws.
How are frames stored?
Master stacks at approx. 17 cm per unit. With Giga, frames (approx. 14 cm) and decks (approx. 4 cm) are stored separately, which saves space in transport.
