When no standard shape fits, we plan and build your roof to your specifications – in aluminium or steel, with dimensions in line with building regulations and verifiable structural calculations. Our own certified aluminium welding and special construction department makes this possible.

What is possible

Your roof, your shape designed and built by us

  • Free shape

    From the free-hanging pyramid roof to the forestage roof and the large stage roof.

  • From our own factory

    Certified aluminium welding and special construction department, and our own CAD design, in Mettmann, Germany.

  • Verifiable calculations

    Dimensions in line with building regulations, structural calculations that can be checked – the basis for the inspection by the building authority.

  • Also as a permanent structure

    Anchored on strip or single foundations; for permanent installations with panel covers for roof and walls.

How a custom roof works

A sketch is enough to get started

  1. Send a sketch

    Send us your sketches or drawings and describe what will take place under the roof.

  2. Design and calculate

    We design the roof in aluminium or steel and prepare the verifiable structural calculations.

  3. Produce

    The structure and welded parts are made in our own factory in Mettmann.

  4. Install

    The roof is anchored on foundations or set up as a mobile structure.

Quote, material, approval Questions about a custom roof

What do you need for a quote?

Sketches or drawings, the dimensions of the area and a description of how it will be used. Whether mobile or permanent, we decide together.

Aluminium or steel?

Both are possible. We choose the material by span, use and whether the roof stays mobile or stands permanently.

Is the roof planned so that it can be approved?

The dimensions follow the building regulations, and the structural calculations can be checked. Which approval your location requires, you clarify with the building authority – we supply the documents.
