Custom stage platforms When your room does not fit a 2 × 1 m grid
Curves, pillars, bay windows, door thresholds: every BÜTEC platform series is available in custom sizes and shapes and with the surface you choose. Our own design department plans in CAD, and production takes place in our own factory in Mettmann.

Examples
What we adapt Platforms that fit the room
Round and curved edges
Round stages with concave edges, triangular platforms with a convex and a concave side, grandstands with a smoothly bent outer edge.
Cut-outs for pillars
Supports and pillars pass through the stage area, and the surface closes neatly around them.
Thresholds and existing buildings
Platforms adapted to door thresholds or to the bay window of a historic building.
Stairs and grandstands to measure
Stepped platforms with rounded corners and special stairs, on wheels on request.

Design
Our design and custom-build department plans the installation in CAD, with structural calculations.
Production
Made in Mettmann, with our own aluminium welding department and CNC machining up to 6 m length.
Delivery and installation
Our team delivers and installs. Acceptance by an expert inspector and a structural engineer can take place at our premises.

Frequently asked questions about custom constructions
Which series are available as custom builds?
All of them: plug-in leg, frame, scissor and motor platforms. We also build the SoloDrive One in oversize.
Do standard accessories fit custom platforms?
Yes, frame profiles and corners are the same. Where needed, we also make railings, stairs and claddings to measure.
Do I get structural calculations for a custom installation?
Yes. Installations outside our assembly instructions are supplied with structural calculations, a construction approval or an inspection book for temporary structures.
