When standard lengths, corners and circles are not enough: BÜTEC's certified aluminium welding and special construction department makes trusses in special lengths and shapes – planned to your specifications, with verifiable structural calculations on request.

What we make

The truss that fits your space

  • Special lengths

    Segments in exactly the length your room or stand needs – beyond the standard lengths of 0.25 to 5 m.

  • Angles and radii

    Joint pieces from 0° to 180° and round elements with various radii, plus circles from 2 to 12 m from the parts lists.

  • Our own welding shop

    Welded in the certified aluminium welding and special construction department in Mettmann, Germany.

  • Calculations on request

    Special aluminium constructions are available with verifiable structural calculations on request.

How it works

From your sketch to the finished truss

  1. Send a sketch

    A hand sketch or drawing with dimensions is enough to start, plus the place of use and the loads that will hang on it.

  2. Planning and design

    Our own CAD department designs the construction to your specifications.

  3. Production in Mettmann

    Welded in the certified aluminium welding department, powder-coated in RAL colours on request.

  4. Calculations and handover

    With verifiable structural calculations on request – so the special shape has its proof as well.

What do you need for a quote?

A sketch or drawing with the dimensions, the place of use (indoors or outdoors) and the loads that will hang on the construction. That is all you need to start.

Are structural calculations available for special constructions?

Yes, BÜTEC plans and makes special aluminium constructions with verifiable structural calculations on request.

Can special parts be coloured?

Yes, trusses can be powder-coated in RAL colours on request – special lengths and shapes too.
