Plug-in leg platforms Push in the leg, turn the handwheel – no tools
The basic system for mobile stages and grandstands: the legs slot into the corners of the 2 × 1 m platform and are clamped by handwheel. Fixed hooks hold the next platform during set-up. The leg length sets the height, and every series carries 750 kg/m².

How it works

Each corner of a BÜTEC plug-in leg platform is a leg corner made of die-cast zinc. It takes the leg and stabilises the frame. Nobody needs a tool for it.
Clamp the leg by handwheel
Push in the leg and tighten the handwheel by hand. The pressure bracket holds square and round legs from 45 to 55 mm, or 40 to 60 mm with the special corner – even when the platform stands at an angle.
Hooks instead of loose connectors
On Standard, Standard Plus and Compact, two fixed hooks grip the groove of the next platform and hold it during set-up. Nothing falls down, nothing has to be found.
A clamp that works like a screw clamp
The connecting clamp slides into the frame groove and is tightened by hand with a wing screw. Eco and Flexible can also connect with a clamping block in the outer groove.
Telescopic legs for uneven floors
Steplessly adjustable telescopic legs even out uneven ground and bridge steps and ramps.

Assembly
Set-up by the instructions From pallet to stage in four steps
Short version of the assembly and operating instructions for Standard, Compact, Eco and Flexible. Build on firm ground that is as level as possible.
Fit the legs
Push the leg into the leg corner and tighten the handwheel by hand, to approx. 24 Nm.
Connect the platforms
Add platforms row by row. Secure each new platform with two clamps on the long side and two on the short side.
Brace from 100 cm
For heights above 100 cm and for grandstands, connect the legs with leg clamps at about one third of their height. Above 150 cm, the structural calculations for the build apply.
Secure and check
From 20 cm height, fit railings as required by the regulations that apply to you. Avoid trip edges over 5 mm and check all parts after every use.

Frequently asked questions about plug-in leg platforms
How high can I build without diagonal bracing?
Up to 1.2 m according to the data sheet, and up to 1.0 m for the Flexible series. From 100 cm, leg clamps are added. Above 150 cm, the stage is built to structural calculations, which we supply.
Which legs fit?
Square plug-in legs of 40, 50 and 60 mm, round plug-in legs of 48 mm, and telescopic legs of 55/50 and 60/50 mm. The standard corner takes 45 to 55 mm, the special corner 40 to 60 mm. We make the legs to the length your height needs.
Can I mix series?
Yes. Compact is fully compatible with Standard and Standard Plus. Eco connects to almost any other brand's stage, Flexible to systems with a straight profile and an outer groove.
How do I store the platforms?
Stacked with the deck facing down. Legs and clamps fit inside two stacked platforms. A transport trolley holds up to 18 platforms lying flat; for narrow doors there are trolleys for upright storage in widths of 60 to 90 cm.
Which deck is right for outdoor use?
Film-faced plywood, glued with waterproof adhesive and with a slip-resistant surface. Beech blockboard is for indoor use and is not waterproof.
