Rolltec rollable show stage 4–6 people push 100 m² of stage aside

The complete stage stands on rolling chassis – with curtain, railing and stairs if you want them. When the hall must be cleared or the scene changes, a few people push the stage into place. In the final position, spindles take the load off the castors and the stage stands firm.

A few hands are enough
4–6 people move a large stage of 100 m². No take-down, no trip to the store room, no new set-up.
Pre-assembled away from the stage area
The stage is fully built – with main and back curtains, side masking and railings – and then rolled into position.
Gentle on the hall floor
Smooth-running castors that protect the floor carry the load. In the final position, adjusting spindles take over.
Your platforms fit
The chassis is compatible with all plug-in leg platforms. Platforms you already have can be used.
Flat or stepped
With plug-in legs at a fixed height, or with telescopic legs stepped at several heights.
Also a storage trolley
After the season, the chassis serves as a storage trolley for up to 9 platforms.

How it works

A show stage on wheels built in four steps

Place the chassis
Rolling chassis, each with four trapezoid castor units, form the base. Standard sizes from 2 × 1 to 4 × 2 m, custom sizes possible.
Fit the platforms
Stage platforms with plug-in or telescopic legs go onto the rolling bases and are fixed with handwheels – without tools. Each 2 × 4 m segment takes four platforms.
Equip the edge
Compact platforms sit at the edge. Railings, stairs and accessories are screwed onto them.
Push and fix
The stage is pushed into position. Adjusting spindles take the load off the castors, and the stage stands safely.

Verti Music Hall, Berlin 216 m² of stage that moves for every concert

For rock, pop and classical concerts, the Verti Music Hall received a rollable stage area on a smooth-running castor system. BÜTEC also built a mobile grandstand extension from platforms, into which the existing grandstand seats hook.
