The F34 is the 4-point truss in the 290 mm profile for trade fairs and event technology. Its parts list runs from corners and circles to tower and roof parts such as Sleeveblock, Headsection and Hinge. As F34 HD with 48 × 3 mm chord tubes it is designed for higher loads.

  • Capacity on paper

    Its own load table for spans of 2 to 14 m, prepared taking DIN EN 13814 (temporary structures) into account. Structural calculations available, tested to Eurocode 9.

Questions about truss F34

How much does the F34 carry at my span?

That is in the load table above and in the data sheet: for spans of 2 to 14 m, the permitted uniformly distributed load, the centre point load and the third-point load, each with deflection. The F34 HD has its own data sheet. For your specific construction with load points, suspension or towers, we prepare structural calculations on request.

Does the F34 fit trusses from other makers?

The F34 is joined with a conical euro connection. According to the BÜTEC catalogue, this connection is compatible with various systems from other manufacturers; bolted connections are also possible. Tell us the maker and type of your stock and we will check the fit.

When do I need the F34 HD?

The F34 HD has 48 × 3 mm chord tubes instead of 50 × 2 mm and is designed for higher loads. Outer size and bracing are the same as the F34. Which version you need shows when you compare both data sheets at your span – or ask us.

Can I build towers and roofs with the F34?

The F34 parts list includes tower and roof parts: Headsection, Sleeveblock, Trusspole, ballast intake, Hinge and roof set corners. BÜTEC builds stage roofs from 3- and 4-point trusses, with a hoist on request. We include the structural calculations for your tower or roof in the planning.
